My name is Sanjay Patel and I was having breathing issue due to large polyps in my both nostrils also known as sinus.

My problem was so serious that I need to carry nasal spray along with me all the time. I did homeopathy medicine for 2 years but no permanent relief was there.

I had ear blockage which I realise was due to wax in my ear . Dr Vikas saw the wax and removed in very effective way in both the ears . The process was comfortable and live video is shown . I was perfectly all right after the process . I would highly recommend him for any ENT problem .

I visited Dr. Vikas Aggarwal for exterior pain in my throat. I didn’t find the doctor very friendly. He wasn’t patient enough to understand the problem , analyse and advise. Interaction lasted less than 15 mins ** ***** ** ******** ******** *** ******* *** *********** ***** * Even when the problem was not identified, he prescribed 7 medicines, which surely could have been avoided until tests reports have arrived. 2 days later when I showed the reports, he recommended me to visit endocrinologist. **** **** **** **** *** * ********* ***** ** **** ********** * **** *** ***** ** ** *** *** *** ** ***** ***** **** *** *** * **** ******** ******** *** ******* *** I end up wasting my consultation fee of 2000/- + medicines worth 1000/-.

We went to mumbai and he asked us if you have Insurance or not?

I have insurance for my family. *** ** **** ** **** *** ****** * ****** **** *** **** **********

Also, I never could claim those bills for my insurance and it did cost me so much because insurance doesnt cover Sleep apnea.

After operation and around this insurance claim troubles he would not pick calls and will never talk to you. ** ******** ******* *** *** **** ***** ** *** *** *** ******** ****** **** *** * **** ****** *** ** ** *** **** ********* ********** ** ***** **** * ***** ******

After a slew of visits to absolutely incapable ENTs, I finally visited Dr Agrwal. Took him a minute to diagnose the problem and 10 mins to solve it. I was absolutely fine within a few minutes. He thoroughly cleaned by ears and prescribed two ear drops (very inexpensive) and not a ton of medicines and antibiotics which other doctors usually do. Friendly, courteous and very competent!! I highly recommend him.

We had really bad experience with Dr Vikas Agarwal. I had taken my son for follow up visit as his ear ache came back after a month, he was talking to my son explaining about earache, after I asked him couple of queries,he got furious n started humiliating me to keep quiet n then suddenly said he won’t treat my son. The doctor seemed to be in such a rush to write down on the prescription that the method he opted for has been 'effective' **** ** ****** ** ******* **** * **** **** ******* *** ******** ******** ******* *** ******* ** ****** ***** *** * ***** There's no fixed timeline to it. The assistant doctor performed a medical exercise and I was asked to wait - within 20 mins, Dr. Vikas was like you must be feeling better. I informed that I feel almost the same but he kept insisting that you don't feel anything right about this second so it is better now. They charged exorbitant amount of fees for this. *** ** **** ** * ******* **** ** ** ***** * *** *** ******** ******* ****** Would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr Vikas Agrawal is a very professional and at the same time a very friendly, polite n very co-operative doctor who believes in diagnosing the problem and treating it in a most effective way. His staff is very polite and co-operative. I would recommend Dr Vikas Agrawal for anyone who wants an ENT specialist in town.
